Kink.com Creates Camera Orgy with Flirt4Free

KinkLive.com has reached critical mass, and is expanding. The site partnered with Flirt4Free.com in a mutually beneficial fetish cam extravaganza. Flirt4Free is providing the technological back end, and KinkLive is providing the niche. The two companies combined to form the new entity, Kink Studios. Flirt4Free is now rebranding its fetish models through KinkLive.com.

The partnership launched yesterday, and the outlook is good. “By bringing in Flirt4Free, we will have less downtime, a larger audience and more ways for performers to monetize their shows,” said Carl Burckhardt, VP of marketing for Kink.com. “The higher traffic should create greater overall revenue opportunities for models.”

Flirt4Free was one of many cam sites Kink.com considered for partnership. Some of the BDSM models were less than thrilled at the thought of partnering with a relatively vanilla site, but Flirt4Free’s proven track record and solid programming features won out in the end. “While there were advantages with many of the companies, Flirt4Free emerged as a clear favorite,” said Burckhardt. “Not only did they offer the technological backend we needed, they were very receptive to working with us as a partner, and to accommodating the specific needs of our BDSM and fetish models, many of whom were wary of going on a vanilla site.”

Since Flirt4Free has been around since 1996, it has had plenty of time to incorporate features and programming which was unavailable to Kink.com fans and cam models before the partnership. Some exciting new features of the new KinkLive include phone sex, video-on-demand, cam2cam, voyeur shows and, most enticing of all, mobile.

The people over at Flirt4Free are just as pleased with the deal. “Kink is the premier BDSM and fetish brand in the world,” said Jeff Wilson, director of business development of Flirt4Free. “It was clear from our early meetings that there was a tremendous symbiosis. We provide a strong backend and a huge audience, and they bring the authenticity and brand strength. This is going to be a win for all involved.”

The audience he references above is the 100 million unique visits to Flirt4Free’s chatrooms each month; traffic which will have Kink.com’s development burgeoning.

Kink Studios does not appear to have an affiliate program for the partnership at the moment, however, both Kink.com and Flirt4Free.com offer fabulous incentives for promoters.

Kink offers 50-60% recurring revshare or $30-$55 pay per sign-up. Flirt4Free offers $2 per lead, $50 for sign-ups, and 20%-30% revshare.
