DSIX Media has just completed the acquisition of the lead generation company, DigitizelQ. DigitizelQ will continue to run under the established brand name, at least for the time being. They will operate as a subsidiary of KSIX. The company, however, will get new leadership with Carter Matzinger taking over as president. Matzinger was a founder of KSIX Media.
Matzinger said of the acquisition, “We’re extremely excited to complete this acquisition and have DigitizelQ become part of KSIX Media. We’re thrilled to add a leader in mass tort lead generation, which opens up a whole market for KSIX. Facebook marketing aligns with our goals perfectly as we continue to seek niche-marketing companies in the digital advertising sector. We believe that DigitizelQ is a perfect addition to our portfolio and believe it will increase value for our shareholders.”
The current CEO of DigitizelQ, Tim Burd, commented saying, “We are looking forward to becoming part of KSIX Media Holdings. Our two companies complement each other brilliantly, and we believe this synergy will help increase revenues and spur great innovation all while bringing down costs. KSIX Media is growing into becoming a major multimedia brand and we believe together we will reach unprecedented heights for both our companies.”
The combined companies will be able to serve a greater scope of businesses than ever before, adding an additional niche focus for their services.
