Beyondsoft has announced that it will be acquiring Piraeus Consulting for a price up to $7.5 million. Beyondsoft is a leading IT services company that helps customers around the world with innovative technical solutions. They are located in China but serve customers throughout North America, Asia, Europe and Africa with their team of 8000+ developers and consultants.
The acquisition of Piraeus will improve the business intelligence capibilities as well as the digital marketing analytics services. Piraeus Consulting was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in Seattle. The company offers its clients high-end business management consulting and high quality digital analytics to help with marketing and other efforts.
They were ranked among the best 100 companies to work for in Seattle and have been growing steadily over the past few years.
