They just announced that they will be launching a new search engine that is focused exclusively on social media platforms.
This will allow businesses to quickly type in search terms and get results from public posts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and others. You can then use that data to analyze information based on a variety of factors including geographic location, the period of time it was posted and more.
CEO Elaine Feeney said, “Social media sites today are full of so much information that it’s often difficult for social media marketers to find the right content when it matters and then to be able to act on it in a timely manner.”
This new service is directed at businesses who need advanced data to help with marketing and other efforts. This SAAS will be offered based on how much data a business requires, along with other factors.
