We get 1,000s of email a day from people asking for us to pay attention to their product, their service — or more often than not, to change something on our sites. Because of this, it’s impossible to tell the difference between serious business and spam. 

We have instituted a $100 customer service fee that will be credited for any services we provide in the future, but is required if you want to communicate with us about your business and services.
