Criteo’s Acquisition of HookLogic has been Completed

It was announced some time ago that HookLogic was being acquired by the popular performance marketing company, Crieto. According to a recent press release, that acquisition has been completed as of November 9th, 2016.

Eric Eichmann, the CEO of Criteo, commented on the deal saying, “The addition of both the HookLogic team and the technology to our business, along with the recent launch of Predictive Search, enables Criteo to focus on delivering more value to brand manufacturers and retailers, providing them with a full portfolio of performance marketing solutions. We are excited that these solutions, leveraging the power of our network and state-of-the-art technology, will help retailers compete on equal terms with the largest ecommerce platforms.”

Criteo has been working on growing and expanding their existing performance marketing platform, and the completion of this acquisition is a big step in that journey. They have already been a popular option for many companies and individual marketers, so we can likely expect to see powerful new options coming in the not so distant future.
