The Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, which is running from January 6th to the 9th has just confirmed a late addition to their schedule of world class presenters. White Ops, which is a major online fraud detection firm, has just announced that their Chief Scientist and CO-Founder Dan Kaminsky as well as their CEO and CO-Founder Michael Tiffany will both be presenting at this event, which is in the Las Vegas Convention and World Trade Center in Vegas.
Those in attendance will have the opportunity to learn from industry experts about how cyber criminals are stealing billions of dollars from advertisers. In addition, they will cover what can be done to prevent this type of activity from harming your own company.
According to the press release, the industry is expected to take a minimum of $6.3 billion in global losses due to bot nets and other fraud in 2015. 67% of this fraud is the result of compromised personal computers.
If you are interested in attending the presentation at CES, which is titled, “Eradicating Fraud / Maximizing Digital Spend” you will need tickets to the CES. The presentation will take place on January 8th beginning at 10:15 AM local time. It will be in the C Space, which is at the ARIA hotel, level 1, Pinyon 5.
